I saw Jesus (and Kate Moss)

Jesus Luz

As the title reads, I actually saw Jesus. Although the Jesus I saw is pronounced HeyZeus with a slight guttural sound and spanish accent and last name Luz not Christ. Along with a few other guests in attendance including Beth Ditto of the gossip. The event was the autumn/winter launch for the Thomas Sabo Collection. Newspapers reported the Madonna maybe in attendance as well, which would have had an even great religious gathering of names. Sadly she didn't turn up. Jesus (or HeyZeus) did have a picture of Madonna (the religious one) on his t-shirt, perhaps to make up for the real Madonna. The evening was finished up with a picture of David Essex as he came out the theatre next door to the pub a few of us went to.

Jamie Hince and Kate Moss

Earlier in the week (Monday 5th July) was another launch of an exhibition of photographs taken by Mario Testino of Kate Moss. The exhibition was called Kate who? This time the guest we were expecting did turn up. Kate Moss. With a following of other paparazzi and doormen standing infront of the press pen barrier, getting a decent shot wasn't as easy as it should have been. Kate eventually came out with her boyfriend Jamie Hince. A quiet week for me on the photo side of things.   

Tech-Info:- All shots taken on 17-40mm lens. RAW files processed in Apples Aperture 3. Most processing is just slight crop, contrast and levels adjustments. Followed by a re-size and compressed file to send off.
